1 - 16oz. can pinto or kidney beans
1 - 16oz. can black beans
1 can whole kernel or Mexican corn
1 - 14-1/2oz. can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lb. ground beef

Toppings:
Original Frito chips
Chopped red onion
Sliced ripe olives
Sour cream
Cheddar cheese, grated
Guacamole, mild

Directions:
Directions:
Browne the ground beef; add taco seasoning and stir. Add the remaining ingredients, including the liquids, to the meat mixture. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove cover to reduce some of the liquid, if necessary, for 4 to 5 minutes.

Serve in bowls with toppings as desired.
