3 lb Sirloin Cut in Cubes
3 t Butter
2 Chicken Bullion Cubes
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup White Wine
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 Stick Butter
1 t Salt
Pepper to taste
1/4 t Rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in butter in dutch oven. Remove meat and set aside.

Dissolve chicken bullion in two cups of hot water. Melt butter in pan then add flour and brown. Slowly add chicken bullion and water to flour and stir. Add salt, pepper and rosemary. Add meat. simmer covered until meat is tender stirring about every 20 min. Will need to cook 1-2 hours depending on heat and size of pan.

Serve over flat egg noodles.
