Sausage
4-5 Peppers
1 OnionMushrooms
2 shakes of Hot Sauce
Onion & Garlic Powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bake Sausage in oven on rack for 45 min or until brown @ 350.

Cook peppers, onion and mushrooms with water on stove. Add sausage, hot sauce, onion and garlic powder.

Cook/simmer on low for 1 hour. Cover pot.
