2 c sugar
1/2 c oil
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
3 cups grated carrots
1/2-1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 4 ingredients until fluffy and smooth. Sift together and add into above mixture the next 4 ingredients. Fold in carrots and nuts.
Bake at 325 for 30-40 min in a 9 x 13 pan, for layers check after 20 minutes.
