1 lb Beef
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
16 oz Tomato-stewed
1 can Black Beans
1 can Corn
3/4 cup Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with taco seasoning. Drain and put in casserole dish. Add rest of ingredients.

Bake @350 for 30 min.

Mix Jiffy cornbread mix with 8oz sour cream and put on top.

Bake @425 for 15 min.

This is also good for an appetizer dip with fritos.
