Sausage and Black Bean Soup

cooking spray
6 oz. turkey kielbasa sausage, sliced
1 c. diced green, red, and/or yellow pepper
one 14.5-oz can fat-free, reduced-sodium chicken broth
one 15-oz can no-salt-added black beans, rinsed and drained
╝ cup picante sauce or salsa
chopped cilantro (optional)

Coat medium saucepan with cooking spray;
Place over medium-high heat until hot;
Add sausage & sautÚ 1min or until sausage begins to brown.
Add Pepper & sautÚ 1 min.

Add broth & bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low;
Add beans and picante sauce & cover; simmer for 5min.
Top with cilantro if desired.
