1 T-bone steak per person
Worcestershire sauce
Mrs. Dash seasoning or favorite Grill rub.

1 Beer

Directions:
Directions:
Set out steaks on a platter.
Pour sauce over steak and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash or your favorite grilling rub.
Start grill on high. When heated, turn to low.
Place steaks on grill.

Open beer, drink half the beer as leisurely pace.
Turn steaks over.
Drink the remainder of the beer.
Steaks will be a perfect Medium rare.
