1 Beef Roast
1.5 c water
1 Pkg Beef Onion Soup Mix
1/4 c corn starch
1/2 c milk
Mashed Potatoes
Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Combine roast, water, and soup mix in crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours until roast pulls apart easily. Remove roast. Put liquid remains into a sauce pan. Bring to boil. While heating, combine corn starch and milk well. When boiling, gradually add milk mixture to make gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes.
