2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 golden delicious apples, peeled and diced
8 oz. of raspberries or 1 bag of frozen raspberries (thawed & drained)
1 lb. of strawberries, hauled & chopped
2 tbsp. of white sugar
1 tbsp. of brown sugar
3 tbsp. of raspberry preserves

10 (10 inch) tortillas
butter flavored cooking spray
2 cups of cinnamon & sugar mixture

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix together the fruit, sugars and preserves. Refrigerate covered for about 30 min. before serving.

Pre Heat over to 350. Cut tortillas in to wedges and spray one side of the tortillas with the cooking spray. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the tortillas and spray the tortillas again with the cooking spray. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool and serve with the fruit salsa.

I always make a double batch. Sometimes I make just the tortilla chips for the kids to snack on. Also, the salsa is great over a bowl of vanilla ice cream.
