Ingredients:  
Cream: 1 cup shortening, 1 cup brown sugar, and
1 cup granulated sugar
Add 2 beaten eggs
1 tsp vanilla. Beat well.
Add 2 cups flour sifted with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp soda and
1 tsp cinnamon.
Add 3 Cups quick-cooking oats,
1/2 cup chopped nuts,
1/2 cup raisins.

Directions:

Mix all together.
Bake on ungreased Cookie sheet 350 10 minutes.
