1 tbls flour
1 cup milk
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and blend in flour. Add salt and pepper. Slowly blend in milk and heat until it comes to a boil.

Add cooked cubed potatoes for potato soup. Add cheese for cheesey potato soup.
