1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
4 T oleo
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. sugar
3 T. flour
1 small jar chopped pimentos
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Sauté onion and pepper in oleo. Mix all ingredients and bake in greased casserole at 350 for 25-30 minutes. May be topped with grated cheese and put back in the oven until cheese melts.
