1 lb. ground meat
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. white and/or wheat bread crumbs
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients together and bake in
a greased loaf pan for one hour at 350.

1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 T. brown sugar
2 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Spoon off the excess grease from the
meatloaf, add topping and bake 1/2 hour
