Ingredients:
Heat some flour tortillas about 10” in diameter in the microwave.

Fill the centers with refried beans, adding cheese, meat or salsa as desired.

Fold two sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up from one of the unfolded sides, making a burrito.

Wrap the burrito in a paper towel. Allow to cool, then freeze in a plastic bag.

For travel, microwave burrito 2-4 minutes, wrap several in a towel or dishcloth, and put in a small insulated cooler. You can eat the burrito with one hand while driving (it will not spill if folded correctly) and use the paper towel for a napkin.
