Pumpkin Bread Recipe

4 eggs
2 t vanilla
2 t baking soda
1/3 c applesauce
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/3 c water
1 t salt
1 small call pumpkin
1/2 t baking powder
1/8 c cinnamon
2 c sugar
3/4 c oatmeal
1 1/2 c flour
1 1/2 c chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350
Beat eggs and then add applesauce and vegetable oil. then add test of ingredients. I put these in muffin pans or in a bread pan. Which ever you use, be sure to spray the sides and bottom of pan

Bake 30 min in Bread pan.
