Graham Cracker crust
1lb of cream cheese - room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the crust as directed on box (or however you make it) Allow to cool. Put the room temperature cream cheese in Kitchen Aid and whip it. Add the sugar and mix. Add the eggs, one at a time whipping after each one. Add vanilla. Pour into the pie crust and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

Make the topping by mixing all together. Take cheese cake out of oven and spread topping over the top - turn oven up to 450 - bake 5 more minutes.
