Mustard
Sugar
Vinegar
Carrots
Celery Seeds
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
chop up a head of lettuce
cut up some shredded carrots-put as much as you like
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and a pinch of sugar. you need to use your own judgement of how much of each ingredients you want in your mix. Taste it until you like it.
Mix the coleslaw, carrots and sauce into a bowl and sprinkle celery seeds on top. Put in icebox till cold.
