4 cups Sugar
1 12oz can Carnation Milk
1 cup Butter
2 6oz pkg Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 pt Marshmallow Cream
1 t Vanilla
2 cups Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, milk and butter to soft ball stage and remove from heat. Add chocolate, marshmallow cream and vanilla. Beat until well blended and add nuts. Pour into buttered sheath cake pan. Cool, then cut into squares.
