3 slices of your favorite bread (2 if you prefer)
roast beef (the more the better)
boursin cheese spread
lettuce
tomato
Directions:
Directions:
Spread boursin cheese on bread, top with roast beef, top with bread, more roast beef, lettuce, and tomato. Cut diagonally making 4 triangular pieces held together with toothpicks. Place on plate crust side down and triangles up so you can see the layers of ingredients.
