1 cup Shortening
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup White Sugar
2 cups Cornflakes
2 cups uncooked 3-min Oatmeal
1 1/4 cup Flour
1 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Salt
2 t Vanilla
1/2 cup chopped Nuts
2 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ingredients with electric mixer, mixture will be stiff. Place dough on ungreased cookie sheet by rounded teaspoonful. Bake @ 325 for 10 min Cookies should be light in color, do not allow to brown.
