3 cups Sugar
1 t Flour
2 Egg Yolks
2 t Cinnamon
2 t Cloves
2 T Vinegar
1 T Butter
2 cups Nuts
1 cup Raisins
2 Egg Whites
2 T Water

Mix sugar and flour, cream with egg yolk. Add cinnamon, cloves, vinegar, butter, nuts, raisins. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to rest of mixture. Pour into uncooked 8" pie crest. Bake @ 350 for 45-50 min.
