3 lg chicken breasts, split
2 med. onions, sliced
3 tbsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 c. honey
3 tbsp orange juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp curry powder

Using all ingredients except the onions, season the chicken breasts. If left to marinate over night you will get better flavour, however, can be cooked immediately. Arrange onions in the bottom of a baking dish and place seasoned chicken breasts on top. Bake at 350 for approximately. 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
