1/2 chopped onion
1/2 red bell peppers/sliced
6 egg whites
( or you can also use Egg Beaters Southwestern flavor)
4 slices of Turkey bacon
1 whole-wheat pita cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Turkey bacon in oven 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or cook bacon in microwave for 3-5 minutes.
Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add onions and peppers and saute for about 5 minutes.
In a bowl mix up your eggs and turkey bacon. Add the egg/bacon mixture to the sauted onions and peppers and let it cook while stirring occasionally.
If you like you can also add chedder cheese.
When complete,seperate into two portions and spoon it into the pita bread halves.
