1/2 c. chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
1 1/2 c. cooked cut up chicken breast (I use the prepackaged ones
8 oz. pasta - shells or fusilli
4 garlic cloves
1/2 c. chopped fresh basil
1/2 c. + chicken broth
1/2 c. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1/4 c. pine nuts, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until tender, but still firm to bite and drain while preparing the sauce. Heat about 2 tablespoons oil reserved from sun-dried tomatoes in large skillet over medium high. Add garlic - saute until tender, about 2 minutes. Add sun-dried tomatoes, chicken, basil and broth to skillet and bring to a boil. Add cheese and stir. Add sauce to pasta and toss to coat. Season to tast with salt and pepper. Top with toasted pine nuts.
