1-1/2 lb ground meat
4 cans of Campbell consommé soup
2 cans of water
carrots sliced thin
celery-chopped
1 onion-chopped
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup of rice or spaghetti
1 tsp thyme
2-3 dried bay leaves
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c corn kernels
1 large potato parboiled - diced

Directions:

Brown ground meat, onions and celery in large pot. Add all other ingredients and cook until carrots are tender.
