1-large head of cabbage (washed & diced)
1/3 cup of white vinegar
1/3 cup of sugar
1/2 tablespoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
smoked turkey parts (washed)
1cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1 cup of water with smoked turkey parts to a dutch oven and cook on low. Add cabbage, vinegar, salt, sugar and black pepper. Cook on low for 1 hour. Stir occasionally and add extra water as needed.
