1 envelope unflavored gelatine
1/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple syrup (from the drained can)
1 c. Crushed pineapple in heavy syrup (drained)
1 c. grated Velveta Cheese
1 c. heavy cream - whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatine in cold water. Dissolve sugar in syrup over low heat, add gelatine and stir. Chill till partially set (like thick egg whites). Add pineapple and cheese. Fold in whipped cream. Turn into 1 quart mold. Chill until firm. Serves 6 or 8.
