1 c corn meal
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp flour
2/3 c milk
2 eggs
1/3 c bacon drippings
1 #2 can of creamed corn
½ c grated cheese
1 small can green chili

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Mix together cornmeal, salt, flour. Add milk and eggs, mix well. Add bacon drippings, corn and chili. Pour batter into well greased pan, sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake for about 45 minutes.
