1 cup nonfat cottage cheese 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. nonfat cream cheese 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1/4 cup grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese 2 scallions, sliced
Puree cottage cheese and cream cheese. Add mustard. Add asiago cheese and scallion. Pulse to combine. Transfer to microwaveable dish. Microwave on high for 3 min. Serve at once with bread or tortilla chips.
