6 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tbl. Cornstarch
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 c.caraway seeds
2 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add buttermilk and mix just until blended.
Split dough into 2 halves. Make into a ball and then flatten into a circle.
Cut an X into the top of the dough with a sharp knife.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
