3-4 lbs chicken cut in 8ths
cup flour
2 eggs beaten
1 cup bread or corn flake crumbs
Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in flour, then in egg then in seasoned crumbs. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until tender
