1 clove of garlic

1/2 taza Mayonesa
1/2 taza de Ketchup
1 diente de ajo (opcional)

Mix mayo and ketchup in a bowl. Crush garlic and mix it in.

Use it on plantain fritters, corn sticks, or french fries. Rose also recommends using it as a dip for fresh veggies such as broccoli and baby carrots as a snack instead of plain ranch dressing.
