2 pkgs. fresh cranberries
1 navel orange - quartered with center pulp removed. Do not peel.
Seeds of 1 pomegranate
1 Granny Smith apple - quartered
1/2 C. sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Broken pecan halves enough to add crunch - to taste

Directions:
Seed pomegranate – can put under water in bowl so the juice doesn’t spray around. Be VERY careful with this – the juice stains.

In Cuisinart –

Add orange and apple quarters. Chop, but not too much.
Add cranberries. Chop more, but not too much.
Add sugar to taste. Start with 1 C.
Mix in.
Sprinkle cinnamon to taste
Fold on pomegranate seeds.

Before serving, add pecan pieces.
