4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp of lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a bowl add ingredients add a little oil to help coat the chicken. May add some salt to taste. Best if done on the grill. Other wise brown in a pan and finish in the oven at 350 for about 20 minutes.

Can use fresh lemon juice instead of lemon peel. Oven roasted or fried potates are a good side dish.
