for sauce-- 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the vinegar, water, corn starch, and sugar, bring to boil. Add beets, cook thoroughly.
