Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over at 350 degrees. Remove pie crusts from freezer and bake pie crusts until light golden color. Remove from oven.

While pie crusts are baking place into a mixing bowl the four free range organic eggs and stir. Add milk, salt pepper and a dash of nutmeg. Mix.

Place broccoli that has been washed and cut into small pieces into pie crust pan and add shredded cheese. Pour egg mixture over and place in oven that should now be set to 425 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.

Check occasionally to make sure it is not burning the crust. If crust looks too done lower oven temp to 325 degrees and continue baking until egg looks cooked and firm.

**note to prevent the crust from burning and getting too dark after the initial baking, but after all ingredients have been added, cover edges with loose tin foil and keep on the crust until the last fifteen minutes of cooking.
