1 lb. peeled raw shrimp
1 can French onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 can Rotel chopped tomatoes (mild)
1 cup uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute seasonings in skillet, add the soups and tomatoes - mixing well. Add shrimp and rice and stil until mixed. You can leave the skillet and cover simmering for 20 minutes or unitl rice is tender, or place in a casserole dish and bake in over for 25 to 30 minutes at 350.
