"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Make meat mixture and roll it so that it is almost as thin as pie crust. Stuffing: Spread stuffing over meat and roll it as you would a jelly roll, put in loaf pan and press a groove down the center of the meat loaf. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hr. Sauce: Mix water and catsup and pour over meat. It is also good to use bacon strips over the meat loaf and barbecue sauce instead of catsup.
