1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp minced ginger
2 tsp minced garlic
4 cubed chicken breasts
1 (10) oz can chicken broth
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp soy sauce
¼ cup peanut butter
1Tbsp cilantro
1 Tbsp cornstarch (optional)
2 sliced green onions
2 sliced red peppers
2 cups bean sprouts
Chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté ginger and garlic in olive oil. Add chicken and cook till crispy brown. Add chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, peanut butter and cilantro. Sauce will thicken. Add cornstarch as desired. Add red peppers and cook till tender crisp. Top with green onions, bean sprouts and peanuts. Serve over pasta or rice.
