2 pounds ground beef 1 pint fresh mushrooms
2 eggs 6 slices of bacon cooked and crushed
cup crushed crackers 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
cup butter cup white wine
cup chopped onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions in butter. Mix together meat, eggs, cracker crumb, salt, pepper, and paprika and shape into meatballs. Place in single layer in casserole dish. Mix together mushroom soup and wine. Add mushrooms and bacon. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
