3 8 oz cartons fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp. olive oil or butter
3 toes garlic minced
1 8 oz. low-fat or fat-free cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp cloth. Slice mushrooms. Heat olive oil or butter in large sautee pan over medium high heat. Add mushrooms and garlic. When liquid from mushroom is just about evaporated lower heat to medium, add cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring over low heat until cheeses are blended with mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste.
