4 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 can kidney beans (rinsed & drained)
1 4-oz can chopped green chillies
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives

DRESSING
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
2 T chopped red & green peppers
1 med. onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
I a large bowl combine the salad ingredients with salad dressing that has been mixed well. Chill completely. Serve on a bed of lettuce and top with 2 chopped tomatoes and 4 cups of corn chips.Serve immediately.
