1 can cooked chicken breast (13 ounces)
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken stock
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
1 package (2 cups) cooked noodles
1 cup diced celery
2 cups grated Velvetta cheese
1 tablespoon grated onion
pimento or green onion for color

Directions:
Make a cream sauce of butter and flour. Add all remaining liquid ingredients. Spread liquid throughout noodles, vegetables, cheese, and chicken. Bake for one hour at 350º.
