1 cup flower
1tsp. baking powder
1 tbs. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. of vegetable oil
1/4 or less of cold water
1/4 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and baking poder together. Add sugar and stir to mix. Cut the butter into flower mixture using pastry cutter or two knives. The flower mixture will look crumbly. Add oil. In a small bowl, add salt to cold water and stir to dissolve. Gradually add water to flower mixture and begin to work into a dough. Continue to add water as necessary and knead until dough become sligtly estic. Leave to rise for 15 to 20 minutes.

When ready, pinch off dough and roll into dumplings. Drop into hot soup and allow to cook for about 15 minutes or until dumplings are cooked through.
