1- eye of round roast
1 large onion
carrots
potatoes
1 package of onion soup mix
1- oven brown-n-bag
Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper roast brown on all sides.
remove roast add water to pan. Place roast in bag
pour onion soup mix over roast and potatoes, carrots and onion. pour water over.
Close and bake 325 until done.
