1 lb ground beef
1/2 C chopped onion
1 can tomato soup and 1 can of water
1/2 C instant rice, uncooked
1 (16 oz) jar sauerkraut

Directions:

1. Brown beef and onion.
2. Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish.
3. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 min
