2 lbs turkey breast tenderloin
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup water
2 envelopes (1 1/4 oz each) taco season mix
your favorite taco toppings
flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place turkey in slow cooker with water and onion.
2. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 6-7 hours or until center of the thickest part is no longer pink.
3. Remove turkey and shred with two forks. Measure liquid from slow cooker and add enough water to measure 2 cups.Add turkey back into slow cooker with water and taco seasoning mix.
4. Cook on low setting for 1 hour more.
5. Spoon turkey mix onto warmed tortillas and add taco toppings of your choice.

Instead of using tortillas our family crunches up Doritos in a bowl, add all the ingredietns as instructed above. We call this "dish tacos"
