2 C. fresh broccoli floweretts
1 10 oz. box frozen chopped broccoli
3 T. butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 C. milk
1 C. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 C. grated parmesan cheese
2 T. flour
2 14 oz. cans fat-free chicken broth
1 t. worcestershire sauce
1/2 C. light sour cream (do not use fat free sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Defrost frozen broccoli. Put butter in stew pot and saute onions over med heat. Sprinkle flour over onions and cook 1 minute. Pour in milk slowly, stirring constantly. Add cheeses and cook slowly until smooth. Add broth, broccoli, and seasonings and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Cook slowly until broccoli is tender. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
