2 pieces of cube steak
1 ½ c. Flour
Pepper
Salt
1 Egg
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Package of Country Gravy

Directions:
Directions:
In frying pan, add vegetable oil. While heating pan, crack egg into a bowl. In a different bowl combine flour, pepper, and salt. Take one piece of cube steak and put it into the bowl with the egg. Satate both sides. Take cube steak out of the egg and put in the flour mixture. When pan is hot, put covered cube steak in pan. Repeat for remaining piece of cube steak. Cook for several minutes on each side. When coating is crispy, remove from pan.

Follow directions on gravy package.

Serve with a side dish such as peorgies.
