1 medium head cabbage,shredded
1 small bunch green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c frozen peas,thawed
1/2 c almonds,sliced
1/2 c sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 c oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 pkg oriental chicken flavored noodle mix

Directions:

In a large bowl, toss together the cabbage, onions, peas, almonds and sunflower seeds. In a pint jar, combine the sugar, oil, salt, pepper and seasoning packet from the noodle mix. (reserve the noodles) Just before serving, add the dressing. Toss well. Break up the noodles, add to the salad, and toss again. Serve immediately.
